Lionsgate finally presents the DVD for Once Upon a Time in Vietnam (aka Lua Phat), directed, written by and starring Dustin Nguyen.
On a mission to retrieve fugitives from the Emperor in Vietnam, Dao, a commander in the Emperor’s army, is assigned to protect a peaceful small town from being taken over by a crime boss. Soon, Dao’s past catches up with him, threatening to destroy the town and the woman he has come to love. This vietnamese martial arts film also stars Thanh Van Ngo and Roger Yuan.

Lionsgate gives Once Upon a Time in Vietnam a July 2014 release date for the upcoming DVD.
Previously titled Monk on Fire but now known under the title of Once Upon a Time in Vietnam (Lua Phat), martial arts film is described as an Eastern Western featuring motorbike-riding kung fu monks and large-scale battles.
Dustin Nguyen is playing the lead and mostly known for the role of invincible bad guy in the The Rebel movie with Johnny Nguyen.
